How do i buy credit on Yahoo Voice with a debit card?

Yahoo asks for credit card information to complete payment but my friend used a Visa debit card and yahoo also accepted it. But I can not do the same thing with my debit card. Why ?|||Check with your bank and see if the address you gave yahoo matches what is on file with your bank.
