How can I get my paypal balance sent to my debit card?

I have a bunch of money in my paypal account and want it sent to my debit card. The only problem is that I don't have a bank account, the debit card is my college-issued debit card from Higher One. I see where it says on paypal how to add a bank account, but can you just add a debit card and have money sent to it without a bank account?|||yes you can add debit card (ts a visa or mastercard right)?
