How long does it take citibank debit card to come in the mail?

I am waiting for my debit card. I opened my account today about 12 noon. I need my card to book a trip ASAP. Anyone have any experience with them. They said 5 business day but I have waited for my card from Bank of America for 2 weeks and it had to be reordered. I don't want that to happen again.|||should have within a week!!!|||It can take up to 10 days. That's what they always say. But, it usually doesn't take that long. Call them and ask them to rush it through.
