I gave someone my debit card number but not the 3digit code or pin and they used it is that illegal?

I have the debit card in my possession. They only had the debit card number and expiration date. But in order use the number you have to have the pin or 3digit code. How could they have used my card without all the information.|||You don't need a pin code or 3-digit code to use it. There are plenty of websites that don't ask for either, there are plenty of companies that do phone orders that don't ask for either





Call your credit card company ASAP to report that there is a transaction on your account that you did not make. They will cancel your card. Do this right away before they can charge up even more|||yessssssss it is illegal. they could have found the imformation somewhere in your home or even the bank. no matter how they did it you report it asap!! that is stealing your idenity. do you realize if you dont do something NOW about this you could lose all your credit and any money you have on the card. call the police now!! please! before you lose everything. holy cow, who does that stuff to another person? are these people suppose to be your freinds? if so get rid of them. again, call the police now!!|||Call the credit card company and cancel this account; they will open a new one for you.
