How do I go about putting money on a prepaid debit card?

I'm getting my refund check here in the mail in about 2 or 3 days and I was wanting to put it on a prepaid debit card. I just want to know how I go about doing that and if it's a good idea or not.|||You go to the store where you purchased the prepaid debit card and add money to it. It has it's pros and cons...


Pros- you can use it like a credit card, meaning you can pay bills and buy stuff online


Cons- there are fees if you want to deduct cash from an ATM
