How do you transfer money from Paypal to a Debit Card?

My beardie is sick and I need to raise $300 for vet treatment, so some of my amazing generous friends have been sending me money via paypal(without me asking them to, mind you..). So now I have almost $50 on my Paypal account and I am not sure how to take it off... I've heard of people transferring the money to their debit/credit card, but the only instructions i've seen are how to transfer the money to your bank account..
