How do you pay the activation fee on a prepaid debit card?

I want to buy a prepaid debit card and I heard there's a activation fee that goes with it. I want to know how you will pay that fee for example, do you pay it at the counter, or will they take money out your card for the fee, etc.|||Find another card. Or use cash.|||Check out http://easyprepaidvisa.com they have a prepaid visa debit card with free $0 activation. The card can be funded online, by moneygram or by buying GreenDot Money Paks in the amount of your choice at retail locations near you, including Walmart, CVS/pharmacy, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Kroger, etc. The nice thing about this card is there is no minimum balance like some of the other cards.

http://easyprepaidvisa.com|||The Prepid Debit Card that I just purchased the fees were in addition to the amount of money I prepaid. The bank also charges a fee each month the card is not used. The bank gave me a web site to go to for their cards. When I visited this web site it had a place to acitivate the Card.|||Most prepaid cards with activation fees will have the money deducted from the balance on the card.
