Can I use a TD Canada Trust Debit Card to activate and pay for something on Paypal?

I need to add my new TD Canada Trust account to a PayPal account for my business. I don't want to use my credit card on this, so is there any way to activate a PayPal account with just a Canadian debit card? And how?





Thanks.|||You can set it up to pay through your bank account that is linked to the debit card. It's a process. You have to record your account number with Paypal and then they will debit that account for something like a few cents and then you have to confirm the account and so on. It takes several days to get it all approved. At least, that is how it was the last time I did it.
